Vaule subway overhaul/Operation Stalin-Moscow

The Vaulian Ministry of Transport has announced the beginning of a vast overhaul of the capital city’s subway system. The $3.2 billion dollar project involves more than 370,000 workers from all over Vaule who will begin work in the capital as early as tomorrow morning. The project will expand the existing tunnel infrastructure to deal with additional traffic, as well as to open new subway lines and repair existing infrastructure.

The government has estimated that the timeline for completion of the project is set at nine months and workers will be working in two main shifts.


-Yellow (Existing subway network), Red (New construction routes)

-Blue lines( Secret tunnels for military use), Green boxes (Bomb shelters), Orange box (Classified underground military facility), Sky Blue (Vaule Presidential palace)

Classified: 21,000 low risk prisoners have been drafted by the SWoRD unit to be used in the construction process. The construction of the underground military facility will be done by SWoRD once the tunnels have been completed. The prisoners will work 13 hour shifts until the project is completed.

Work on the project begins. Regular workers are assigned to work in 8 hour shifts (i.e. the workers are divided into two groups and each group works an 8 hour shift per day).

The low risk prisoners, under guard have been moved into position. They will work in 11 hour shifts until the project is completed, and they will not be paid for their participation. The government has however promised to lessen their original sentences so that they will depart jail earlier than originally planned.

The Dominion of Bohovia, is very pleased to see, that Vaule is spending a substantial amount of money, to convience there citizens in there daily travels.

We are pleased to see Vaule doing well. We ask, will these lines be connected to the RUSSIAN lines drawn up in my design?

The current subway system will not be connected to the RUSSIAN rail network, as it's primary purpose is to serve the Sygh-Varthys capital territory and the north west of Vaule.
