The United Francoist Empire has announced that it will begin the permanent deployment of the Army of Europe. Brussels will become the seat of power for the Headquarters.

The Army of Europe will consist of 150, 000 People's Liberation Army Soldiers, 4000 Imperial Guards, and 2000 tanks along with various support combat vehicles. It will be supported by 25 Air Combat Squadrons and 7 Strategic Bomber Squadrons and one Carrier Battlegroup.

Additionally 5, 000 Marines and 240 tanks with vehicle support will be deployed to Gibraltor as part of the Ferrous Pacific Force there.

We will be building an additional radar bases outside Oslo to work with our allies in Western Europe to protect from missile attacks.

The Commonwealth has deployed its 12th Ground Expeditionary Battalion, 34th Marine Battalion, 3rd Mechanized Infantry Battalion, and 11th Force-Recon Battalion to augment the Army of Europe.

OOC: I'm assuming I counted as allied...

IC: Rockport scientists see no point in a blue water combat submarine fleet. They can be outrun and out gunned by almost any other vessel, with little / no power projection serve no purpose other than a stealthy blockade force / stealth based interdiction.

Submarines should stay in their international roles, of hidden strike, and as a weapons platform.

I am actually inclined to agree with you.

Tahoe has used Nordland designed submarines for some time now and throughout our experience have discovered that a strong submarine force can be used to harrass, interdict and in many cases cause great damage to superior fleets. However, they have no power projection capabilities and the countermeasures grow every more advanced, making their usefullness limited except in joint naval warfare.

Nordland's problem was that they relied soley on submarines, hoping to cause such disastarous casualties upon their enemies naval forces that a settlement would have to be reached. They never considered the possibility of a naval blitzkrieg, to be ironic, in which submarine forces, with their lessened speed, and much shorter weapons range would be overrun and overwhelmed before their force could be fully brought to bear.

Pacific Corps forces are ordered out of Europe to deploy to the South Pacific.

Fiji base has been ordered to begin upgrades.

We are continueing fortification of our bases in the European sphere.

Imperial participants in the Pacific corps have been ordered to redeploy to the North Pacific

Camberlain would like to note that it still has peacekeeping troops stationed at Camp Russ and other camps; however, these are mainly to guard the Loyalist officers of the DKT and Nordland who refused to recant their loyalties. They await extredition to UFE holdings.

All commands UFE and Dilberian are raised to maximum peace time State of Readiness alert, Military Intelligence is ordered to look for increased signs of mobilizations and mischief for states listed as hostile.

The therminograph in the South Pacific, along with satellites, the Eye, and Skyhawk-Cs are being used to monitor the situation there especially.

All Tuland military forces are now in a State of Readiness. All of our new equipment is prepped and ready for use at any moment. Military Intel Personnel are being focused directly on the progression of this situation.

The DVK has been alerted and the nation has been moved to a level 2 alertness level. The NSA has moved the threat level to Orange. The army has been notified of an intent of mobilization. They are prepared to move within 12 hours.

The Dominion is entering a State of Readiness effective immediately. At least 300,000 of her troops will be mobilized, as well as her tanks totaling up to 3,000. Dominion's 6 squadrons of bombers and fighters are ready to take off.

The United Francoist Empire has begun construction of our own SOSUS grid in the North Pacific and the seas immediately bordering the Empire. This grid will be based off the Naboo Grid, and act as a joint system with it. We are contracting work out to companies in Neo Japan, Tahoe Empire, Palintine, and Cataduanas, based on ability to fulfill contracts as part of a general stimulus plan too build up our regional allies economies (so they can buy more of our guns ).

The UFE will be offering peace time access to all allies, and is open to negotiating access to the system to other neighboring countries.

Classified Military R&D and building

The UFE military with support of Hanoi Laboratories is completing the final leg of research into a more advanced nano tech based solar grid system and battery storage unit which can fit in a much smaller area.

The UFE military is flying C-5 Galaxy and Gao prototypes with research on anti ballistic missile lasers.

UFE military R&D into prototype hypersonic bombers is reaching final phase.

The Himilaya fortress is scheduled to be completed by next month.
