i cant create a nation. when i try o, it says that i already have an account. heres where it gets interesting. i go to forgot a password, and type in my email and, it says that my account doesnt exist!!!! ( it is starting to rrreeeeaaalllyyy make me mad!!!! not even an email sent!

Clear your browser history. This exact thing happened to me, and by doing so, it fixed the problem.

If you don't know how to get to your browser history, press ctrl+h
