Anyone up for a nap

Preamble: Both Pacific nations, The Tahoe Republic and The Kingdom of Taiwan hereby sign this Non-Aggression Pact.

Article I;
Both signatories shall recongize and respect the sovereignty of the other other signatory, and in the spirit of peace and friendship will allow the opening of an embassy in the signatory's nation should the other signatory so desire one.

Article II;
Neither signatory shall aggress upon or in any other way infringe upon the sovereignty of the other signatory, including acts of espionage and terrorism. Neither signatory is required to come to the defense of the other should that signatory be attacked by a third party.

Article III;
Both signatories shall not infringe upon trade between the two signatories, and as such, shall not impose excessive tariffs or close ports to merchant or passenger vessels in times of peace.

Article IV;
Should either party desire to terminate this agreement a 48 hour notice period must be provided to the other signatory beforehand.

OOC: So Zeke, when are you going to RP the mass amounts of dead/the precarious state of your government? fifty missiles carrying a disease that in its only previous use killed 3.7 million people has had to have had a devastating affect on your nation...I mean, LVN had to leave his own home areas entirely it was so bad. So...you should probably rp that before you go signing things.
