In the collect taxes screen, after taxes have been collected once in the day, the collect taxes button still appears.

If you press it, it comes up with the error message:

QUOTE

You have received an error trying to view a page. Here is the detailed error code: You have already collected taxes today.

No extra money is added to your nation. So no abuse can come from this error, however, in the standard edition, the button is replaced with:

QUOTE

You have already collected taxes today. You may only collect taxes once a day.

The daily update occurs at 12:00 AM server time.
The current server date and time is 11/16/2008 6:37:00 AM.

I believe it should be replaced with this in tournament edition too.

Actually, I believe that this was posted as a suggestion some time ago, to show bills and taxes to know how much it would cost next time you paid your bills and collected. It even states at the top that its in "Preview mode".

That's correct. This hadn't appeared like this until the most recent game update. However, the same update was made to CN standard edition, and tournament edition as far as I am aware. In CN standard edition it is stated that it is preview mode, but the button isn't there. As I said, it's nothing serious, as no game abuse can come from it, but it's just a minor error.
