I believe that telling to any other user that "s/he is a laugh", that "s/he sinks so low" and that their statements are "laugh worthy", especially with a mocking and insulting general tone, is against the forum rules, where they state that we ought to treat each other with respect, and that we shouldn't engage in flames.
Considering the vast variety of people that frequent these forums, of all ages and often of different extraction and origin, and considering that the IC issues also often already cause a lot of heat and friction between players, I'd say that a special attention to be polite in the OOC areas of the forums should be mandatory.
Blatant aggressiveness, complacent shows of contempt and a behaviour that is borderline with namecalling are not an acceptable behaviour, and they shouldn't be directed against other players IMHO.
