The Mutual Tech Pact
The nations of PbVille, ruled by paintballplaya200 (Tweak1029), and The Clockwork Orange, ruled by Lord Gork the Second (Gork), agree to the terms and conditions herein as of October 14, 2008.
Section I:
The Mutual Tech Clause
The signatories will engage in one by one tech deals with each other. Lord Gork will be selling the tech at the rate of $30,000 (thirty thousand dollars) per point of tech, or 100 tech for $3,000,000 (three million dollars).
The nation of PbVille shall send an aid package of $3,000,000 (three million dollars) to the nation of The Clockwork Orange beginning each cycle of the tech deal. After it concludes a new deal will be started.
Upon reception of the payment, Gork will purchase fifty tech to send to Tweak upon expiration of the designated aid slot shared by the signatories. In another ten days, Gork will send another fifty tech to Tweak, concluding the tech deal.
Section II:
Upgradeability
The signatories agree that they will upgrade this pact to include mutual protection from attacks once The Clockwork Orange reaches the buying point, thereby nullifying the Mutual Tech Clause set forth in Section I.
Section III:
Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the signatories are unable to cooperate in future tech deals, they agree to notify the other 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
Section IV:
Expiration
This pact will expire when Gork's nation is mature enough to start buying tech. The two options open upon expiration are upgrading and canceling.
