It have come to my attention that Ephriam Grey and his alliance are full of meanie-heads (including Ephriam Grey and Fred the Farmer among many). My alliance doesn't like that, so, I am putting them on the PERMA-ZI LIST! Here are some surrender terms if they want to avoid greater conflict:

Andromeda refuses to recognize your state of war. As of now, all Andromeda nations are ordered to not attack you. We don't really care if you attack us. You're kinda harmless.

I've seen better. If you're going to declare on Andromeda/Ephie, you at least have to be mildly humorous.
