Greeting residents of Planet Bob! As you all have noticed in the past month there has been a "rebellion" against the NPO's "tyranny" in the form of Vox Populi. Vox is being crushed by the NPO and it's allies but this is not important. Vox is not meant to over throw the NPO, its has a deeper purpose.

First I would like to announce here that Vox does indeed have leadership. Members like Rebel Virginia and Doitzel are puppets being used for our experiment, but are not the leaders of Vox and do not know who we are. We are a shadow alliance similar to the infamous Coven. We contain leaders and government members for 35 different alliance including 6 of the sanctioned alliances. The War of the Coalition was orchestrated by us and we found it the perfect time to test out our "Revolution" model in the form of Vox Populi.

This Revolution was not meant to succeed and future Revolutions will also exist solely for testing purposes. Eventually in the future we will have perfected our model and use it to gain total control of Planet Bob, not that we already do. Our influence stretches from the top alliances to the bottom feeders, even though most of these alliances do not know of our existence. Our Order is not like the present NPO, nor will it be. Our Order will surpass all alliances and Blocs in strength and influence.
