Independent Council of CyberNations

A separate discussion place and medium whereby alliances and nations alike can come, separate from their own alliance forums, the game, and the Cybernations forums, and discuss the events and happenings of Planet Bob and whatever else they feel they want to discuss in a neutral, and diplomatic environment.

Membership is totally voluntary. The forum would be administered by a panel of members from various alliances, preferably both sanctioned and non-sanctioned ones, and all discussions would be wholly transparent.

To maintain a clean forum, members who do not post something after a 20 or 30 day period will have their usernames deleted off of the member list (constantly growing and non-maintained member lists tend to plague some forums and create confusion and many dead accounts after non-use).

In this neutral environment, everyone from the top leaders and experts in alliances, to the average player, everyone could exchange thoughts, information, discuss current events, and maybe even resolve some debates, issues, or conflicts in a diplomatic manner.

My comparison is this: Each alliance has their own forum, which is like a City Hall, we have the actual CyberNations game itself which is like a battlefield, we have the CyberNations forums which are like a Senate or a debate hall. This "independent council" of CyberNations would be more like a coffee shop. Things would be very casual and more relaxed than these other mediums, by things would also be civil. If you shout or smash a mug in a coffee shop, you'll get thrown out. Same thing here, it's a place for consensus, discussion, and healthy/respectful debate. Not insults or declarations of war.

Tell me what you think and maybe some members could come forward to start to put something like this together and spread the word.

Cheers,

Call it the "Independence Council" and we've got a deal.
Tantonus
Okay, Independence Council then, I wasn't too picky about the semantics.

It wouldn't work.. Discussion can never be totally neutral unfortunately.

It could work, but we already have the Open World Forum, why do we need a new forum?
LeVentNoir
UN = Fail. World peace is not profitable.

Really things get boring with out wars, and this looks like the biggest thing since NPO to stop wars with.
cowman809
yeah we have this forum, its good enough
ForPointSix
Sorry I have to say it!!!

"What another place For Vox to spam!!!"

If it has authority over its members, it becomes a CN UN, which will not work.

If it has no such authority, it's just another OWF, and becomes redundant. This is the neutral discussion area, we don't need another.
