I fail to see the honor in nuking a member of GGA when it was a Valhalla and IRON nation that spied Bart's nukes, but I guess that's the only nation Bart will be able to nuke for a long time.

I have two poor unfortunates who hit 24 hours before update and I'll be waiting for them. That means they get nuked TWICE in short order as I'll hit them again right after update. Then I'll hit the guy I nuked today once more but with feeling. And then later on I've got one more schmutz to warm up and at that point if that's all I can do I will be zi'd a very happy man.

There should be a disclaimer on this policy that SOLID only follows it when convenient. GGA member gets nuked for no reason, SOLID refuses to expel nuking member. Effective policy you guys have there.
