[Tyrone The Tyrant]

An escrow account would be for financial (money) aid only. Once a nation offers financial aid to another nation, that amount of funds would be placed in an escrow account. The purpose would be to keep the donor nation from accidentally spending below the amount of money offered in aid, thereby screwing up the aid offer. While the funds would be in a seperated (escrow) account, the money would still be subject to raiding during war.

EDIT: In the old Forum poll the OP was submitted under joeliscob (I'm not trying to take credit, merely keeping it alive), the votes were YES-287; NO-39.

If you are going to vote "no" on this awesome idea, at least explain why.

Edit: As of now, counting the votes from the old forum and the missing yes votes due to editing the OP; the count is now YES-308 NO-41

Thanks for the Yes vote. Personally, I think many of the no votes in the post on the old forum were due to people not understanding that very fact. A lot of the post even criticized it because they thought it couldn't be raided, even though that was never the case.
