Aluminum
Coal
Fish
Lead
Lumber
Marble
Oil
Pigs
Rubber

So what do you think? I'd appriciate some feedback.

No.

Either get (My recommendation):
Aluminum Cattle Fish Gold Iron Lumber Marble Pigs Spices Sugar Wheat Water

Or get (secondary option):
Aluminum Cattle Coal Fish Gold Iron Lumber Marble Oil Rubber Wheat Water

If you plan on having a full nuclear stockpile, 2 will be a bit easier to work with when you're ready for Uranium. However, as they stand, 1 is a bit better.

Population increase 19.50% 21% 19.30%
Citizen income increase $6 $3 $3
Population happiness increase 6.5 9.5 9
Initial land cost -15% -15% -25%
Purchased land area increase 40% 18% 40%
Natural growth increase 0% 0% 0%
Technology cost decrease -13% -5% -5%
Environment increase 10% 10% 10%
Environment decrease -1 0 -1
Soldier increase 53% 35% 38%
Soldier cost decrease $0 $3 $0
Soldier upkeep cost $1 $0.50 $0
Tank cost decrease -13% -5% -5%
Tank upkeep cost -13% -5% -5%
Aircraft cost decrease -16% -8% -16%
Aircraft upkeep -20% 0% 0%
Aircraft limit increase 10 10 10
Cruise missle cost decrease -20% 0% 0%
Cruise missle upkeep -20% 0% 0%
Nuke cost decrease -20% 0% 0%

Maybe their is more to it than just this, but from what I figure, based on this, wouldn't my trades be better?

his first reccomendation is the #1 growth/infra combo in the game. If you aren't going for that, then other combinations will work, but it depends what your goals are.

Unless I missed an upkeep increase cost on aircraft, that 20% is worth $40 per aircraft.
Cruise missile upkeep is pointless, because you should be buying them as you need them. Same for tanks.

The upkeep reduction on Nukes is not worth worrying about, because by the time you get to that strength the money you make is massive compared to what it gives back. 3 happiness is worth $6 before modifiers so you're a net $3 up on income plus you have extra citizens.
