We [b]always[/b] have the option of giving someone money, or telling someone something, or declaring war on someone. [/quote] They had to scramble just to get an optional treaty since FAR canceled on them. DB4D was who I expected it would be since Batallion has been in their channel mostly. I'm thinking PC turned him down yesterday? It's an optional treaty so in the case of AcTi getting rolled I doubt DB4D is going to opt to get rolled with them.
