Yeah, well it's that time of year when the snow storms... And we get a snow day! 8D Anyone else have off/a snow day today?

nope lol not yet. even though the other day when it snowed, it was followed up with rain. everything outside was frozen like it would be on a pond or something. Streets, railings, grass, roof. You could pretty much slide on the ice to where you wanted to go. Sadly it lasted a couple hours. But it was fun while it lasted

Over here, there is a MASSIVE blanet of snow on everything and a lot of blowing snow. It's takes quite a bit to have a snow day here.

No snow over here, but my sister is taking off school today and tomorrow due to a bomb threat at the high school I used to go too.

It seems like there is a bomb threat every week now in one of the six schools around me... *sigh*

Southern Oregon is never supposed to get snow but the lumber mills have polluted our air the last few years. Sawdust thickens the air and it becomes harder for sunlight to penetrate. We got 2 or 3 snow days last season (first time I'd ever had any snow days) and by my estimations we'll have a minimum of 3 full snow days this season.

Damn you, I didn't get one. Oh well, you can talk of having a snow day when you get one on the day you are supposed to be going back to school from Christmas break, thus extending holidays 1 day longer.

As a Senior in High School I don't have to make them up, thus every snow day is a day longer on my summer vacation.
