As such, Rebel Army will be hosting multi-party talks in order to rectify this situation and prevent bloodshed from occurring. "As the current owners of Sansha, Koryo will only accept a treaty that has only Koryo and Selenactos has signed. Here is what we have." This includes all SOSUS lines, which will need to be cut or otherwise notified to the other side. Article 3: International Civilian Rights Koryo shall allow civilian vessels and aircraft to traverse and otherwise use the waters and airspace within the region as they currently do, within reason. Article 4. Military Rights Koryo shall allow military vessels and aircraft registered to Oceanic Union member nations to continue to traverse and otherwise use the waters and airspace within the region after prior notification to either Koryo or China. Article 5. Economic Rights Koryo has exclusive economic rights over Nansha (Sprattly Islands), Seisha (Paracel Islands), Chusha (Macclesfield Bank), and related EEZ. Koryo will negotiate with Selenactos concerning fishing rights. Article 6: Sunset Should Koryo cease to exist, ownership of Nansha (Sprattly Islands) shall go to the Oceanic Union. Ownership of Seisha (Paracel Islands), and Chusha (Macclesfield Bank) shall go to China Article 7: Expansion After a vote by the Oceanic Union, "Selenactos" may be replaced with "Oceanic Union". Koryo will automatically accept. Article 8. Cancellation Cancellation is possible, but upon the agreement of both parties involved. Otherwise, this treaty is not cancelable.
