Voodoo Nova
Today, I have two announcements to make (on top of showing off our gorgeous flag). I'll keep the first one brief. IAA informed Invicta roughly 88 hours ago of the cancellation of our ODP treaty. They were informed of the reasons for it and neither side holds any ill-will or hatred towards each other. The second announcement will come as a surprise to many. Currently DAWN owes IAA 2500 indirect tech in reparations from the previous war. Due to various reasons, IAA felt the following course of action concerning these reparations necessary. We hereby waive the 2500 indirect tech DAWN owes us. Best of luck to you DAWN.

Rickyman1984
Classy move IAA. That's a lot of tech to turn down but the respect you'll get for waiving it is a better reward in the long run.

Chimaera
DAWN has suffered far more than they should already - everyone knows this. IAA is simply doing our best to alleviate the issues they will face in the future after their war has finally ended. After all, if they ever have to "unconditionally" surrender, the conditions of their surrender to the Empire are waived.
