The Legion agrees to exit this war and not re-enter on any front. [*]2. The Legion agrees not to financially aid those at war. [*]3. The Legion agrees to pay a total of 40,000 technology to the alliances of Sparta, Asgaard and Amazon Nation. [*]3a. Payment for Asgaard and Amazon Nation, at 10,000 technology per alliance, must begin after 21 days of the signing of this agreement and not run over a total of 60 days. [*]3b. Payment for Sparta of 20,000 technology will be paid within 60 days of the end of their current wars with the alliances of IRON and TOOL. [*]3c. The technology can be converted to cash at either receivers request at a rate of 3 million per 100 technology. [*]4. The Legion and The Brigade mutually agree to enter into a minimum of 90 technology deals at a rate of 3 million per 100 tech to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. [*]5.
