The Bit about Sovereignty:Both Signatories do hereby recognize the sovereignty of their counter signatories. They also understand that this treaty in no way infringes on that sovereignty. The Bit about Defence: All of the Hordes Finest battle goats and soldiers will be readied in such times when Evil forces do endanger the people of Eldar. This sentiment is also reflected By the Eldar Legions should they be required. This should be considered obligatory unless otherwise stated and reasons be given in private (after all it is hard to get even one goat to stand still long enough to put on their armor) This treaty however in no way makes obligatory the defence or aid, monetarily or militarily should either signatory enter a conflict as the aggressor. The Bit about Non-Aggression and Information: Both signatories agree to maintain a relationship of civility and good will with each other, this then entails that any act of a military or otherwise harmful activity is contradictory and counterproductive to both parties. It should also be imperative to share any information with each other in regards to any of the aforementioned threats as soon as it becomes possible to do so. For example if Eldar becomes aware of a plot to steal all of The Golden Horde’s favorite hats they should act accordingly. No one wants to see a grown Mongol cry. The Sad Bit At The End: If for any reason either party wishes to void this treaty 72 hours notice must be given in private along with precise reasons prior to the official cancelation of the treaty. Within the 72 hours a period of grace will ensue and all the above articles will remain active until the end of the 72 hours.
