With the religion and government and DEFCON ideas, realistically, you can't deploy troops with the press of a button, it takes time to move them wherever they are going. As such, in order to more accurate reflect real life; calling up troops to ship out, preparing hardware, transports, carriers for aircraft and so forth, I propose the deploy troops feature be changed.

In order to deploy troops or bring them back, it should take nations two weeks. Also, you should be forced to deploy aircraft in the same way if you are going to use them offensively in a foreign theater. These things don't happen overnight.
