I am well aware of what the term "politcal correctness" means. We have a second rate educational system here in the United States.

Unless you mean that employers should not have the right to dictate their employee's behaviours now. After all, my employer will not let me tell AIDS jokes, so my rights must be infringed upon due to "political correctness".

The politically correct rarely care about reality. Hell, the mere fact of looking at a women in a way she doesn't like is considered sexual harassment and can get you fired, fined or sued for millions (if you have them)
