Ok ill bite.

A donation deal is when a seller nation donates 20 dollars to CN in the name of the buyer nation. The donation gives the buyer nation 400k money, 200 land, 200 infra and 20 tech.

To buy a nuke you need to be in the top 5% of all nations in CN if you dont have a MP. You also need a uranium source.

Update attack is when you declare war before update (12 am on CN clock) and do all attacks before update and then you do all attacks after update.
