Bottom line is this. . . many of us are just sick and tired of the juvenile ranting, and the over emphasis on spelling and photoshop skills. I’m especially tired of the “did to. . did not. . . did to . . did not”. Children, do we need to separate you? This junk is ruining Planet Steve for people like me. Without the "politics and news" that occur on Steve, CN is not worth continuing. But when you mix in this extra childishness. . . its just makes me .

Can we please get things back on track with some relevant info, humor, announcements, etc.

OH. . . let’s see how long it takes for this thread to either devolve into the very things I’m complaining about. . OR. . die from no comments.

i voted for better knowledge...occasionally i'll cast my opinion or try to make sense out of a person's post/complaint but other than that i'm usually silently reading through the topics

hell if i hadn't of found out from the OWF, i wouldn't have been able to prepare for the Trouble/TPF skirmish

I agree wholeheartedly with you on this statement. I hardly post on the OWF, simply because I don't wish to associate myself with the rubbish consistently spewed by imbeciles with a degree of experience under there belts playing this game. Hence, I'm reduced to sifting through the junk in order to find relevant information to decipher.

Alas, I've been here since the first day of TE and I've endured long enough to watch it's degradation into what it is now. I only hope there is a silent community of intellect somewhere underneath the bottomless pit of idiocy.

Just to put a new spin on it, there are those who may choose to read this as a way of observing the rational or irrational behavior and feed into it to have others to their dirty work. As I sit and read this and other post I can see a few who do not post often laughing at the chaos stirred up by just dropping the proper information to the right person at the right time.
So many times I have seen events unfold here much like dominos laid out in a elaborate pattern, all it takes is the knowing which one to push first for the rest to fall.

I read the OWF and post to try and argue against some of the political crap that goes on, and portray a fair representation of the situation. I can't guarantee bias-free posts but I really do my best.

Well, maybe if people like you and Tom posted more often, more like-minded people would follow. I would say this issue is prevalent in SE as well, which is why I keep all my BS posts in the TE forum.
