OK i have the Mars base and it's been a month so i'm trying to buy the Mars mine and it's not showing up in my wonders.

Now i've done the math and it comes around to ~49 mil, so i would assume 100mil + 49mil would be 149 mil?
so i feel that i'm missing something obvious here, can someone help me out?

Technology: 3,380.89
Infrastructure: 16,500.00
purchased: 4,548.270 [total= 7,003.103]
and roughly 166 mil on hand.

Looks like your math has used your Infrastructure where Nation Strength should be. All up, I think that it should cost closer to $480 mil.

This is what happened. Remember that it's Nation Strength and not Infrastructure in the formula.
