Major Hasan. When it happened, people jumped up to be the first to say "wonder how long it'll be til Fox calls him a terrorist!!!" Funny part about that, It was the leftwing media who first mentioned his "arabic sounding name" and reports about him shouting praises to Allah.
Now the real truth is coming out, and to few people's surprise, he was a Muslim terrorist afterall. But we aren't allowed to say that... nope. It was "PTSD," even though he hadn't even been deployed yet... or perhaps it was because he was "teased" as one retarded media figure put it.
So let's see... when Christopher Monfort murdered a police officer last week because he did not like the evil po-po... he was instantly labeled a domestic terrorist. The Orlando shooter last week, Jason Rodriguez, he was instantly labeled a domestic terrorist. The ignorant media and that idiot president of ours jumped at the chance to point out racism behind Prof. Gates' arrest. Yet, Hasan is not a terrorist, and we shouldn't say that. In fact, let's send the idiot who sent out a memo labeling military vets who are anti-abortion, anti-illegal immigration, and gun owners as right wing extremists over to UAE to tell them that the US will not tolerate a backlash on Muslims. Let's go further, let's ignore that fact that the US military knew about Hasan's "electronic contact" to terrorist groups. Let's ignore the complaints about Hasan's extreme views while he was attending college. Let's ignore his speeches about justifying suicide bomber attacks. Let's ignore the fact that he and his family did attend the preachings of a very radical Imam who is now one of the most wanted militants in Yemen. Let's ignore the fact that he has told the people he worked around that he was a Muslim first, American second. Let's ignore the fact that the days leading up to his terrorist act mimicked the behaviors of other terrorists such as the strip clubs and other "infidel behavior."
Yep, throw all that aside. Hasan's problem was PTSD, even though he hadn't been deployed. Hasan's problem was that he was teased by evil American rightwingers in the military. Hasan's problem wasn't that he committed or supported any terrorism, but that the evil American society forced him to murder and maim.
Political Correctness is one of the most harmful elements in today's society. No question to it. Political Correctness is what allowed this terrorist act to happen. You have to be a complete moron to think that Hasan's actions had nothing to do with Islam or terrorism.
Islam, the Religion of Peace.
