Toraoji Posted October 24, 2009 Report Share Posted October 24, 2009 Quantum-Olympus : A Friendly PIAT Preamble The Governments of the Quantum and Olympus Alliances, being of sound minds and bodies(on a quantum level) do hereby, in the name of peace and goodwill sign this PIAT in the hopes of a continued path of friendship in the future, and beyond. Section 1 - Peace Both signatories of this PIAT agree that they will not attack the other for the duration of this treaty. This includes, but is not limited to spying/espionage or aiding the other's enemy. Section 2 - Intelligence Should either signatory of this treaty receive a genuine threat to the the other from proper means, then it is the responsibility of said party to report it to the other party in the spirit of goodwill and friendship. This section shall not be enacted if an ally at or above the level of a Mutual Defence Pact or higher goes to one party in trust. Section 3 - Aid Any non-military aid that is requested by either of the signatories shall be provided, to the best of their ability, by the other signatory. This aid shall include, but not limited to guides, money, tech, and trades. Section 4 - Cancellation Should either signatories (Quantum or Olympus) have a desire to cancel this treaty, then they shall inform the other party, through proper channels, no earlier than 48 hours before the cancellation is to take effect. A 14 day Non-Agression Pact will come into affect once the treaty is cancelled and/or terminated.
