Hmm, I read the rules and couldn't find anything against it. Anways, at the moment I am busy setting up a lottery using my own website www.meesterdennis.nl/loterij

I want to add a subject in the menu saying 'Earn $ 18mil right away!' and then on the page information about selling a $ 20,- donation against an 18mil payment in Cybernations using the donation system (so its done in CN, but the 'recruitment'/information is given outside CN).

The reason I am asking this is because I wanne mass PM ingame and promote the website. Meaning people who have never been to the Cybernations forum will also learn about doing donation deals this way.

I only found

21. When you submit information to Cyber Nations, you grant the site and its administrator(s) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute, transmit, and publicly display such content. You agree not to attempt to sell or profit from any such content or information via private exchanges without administrative consent. Such private exchanges that are forbidden include nation selling, giving away accounts, exchanging Cyber Nations items for items on other websites, foreign aid for real life money outside of the official Cyber Nations donation system. If you are found to be involved in any way in real life private exchanges from Cyber Nations you will be removed from this website. Players are allowed to perform donation deals with other nations only through the official in-game donation system. By participating in donation deals with other players you agree that Cyber Nations is not responsible for the transaction or the outcome of the deal.

but the way I see it, I will still use the in-game donation system?

Yeah. I think the context of in-game system there is hitting the Donate button.

I think you will be fine.

I believe Chocolate Cookies is right, but you should probably wait for a response from Kevin first.

If you're going to do this you must do it through the CN donation system. We've had players try to setup lotteries before where they were trying to get people to pay RL money into their own PayPal accounts for in-game exchanges, which is strictly forbidden. I don't see anything on your website about using the CN donation system so I'm guessing you came here with your question first before adding that bit?

Yes, there is nothing on the website yet. I wanted to make sure its legal before placing it and advertising the site on big scale.

Of course the lottery does have NOTHING to do with real life money. This is a lottery for techdealing and ingame money rewars, no real money involved.

I only want to add 'Earn 18mil instantly' to the menu with a page containing information about the fact a user can donate $ 20,- to Cybernations on a certain day and gets a reward from 18 mil ingame :)

On the page it would be something like (just typed it, so full of grammar mistakes probably and may not be very easy to understand atm :P)

Want to earn 18mil right away, without techdealing? That's possible, by selling a donation! You probably never heared of this concept before, thats why I will explain it a bit.

A game like Cybernations costs money for the creators. Therefor its possible to donate money to the game (its possible, not obligated! You can play the game for free of course!). For the donation, you can get ingame rewards (only 1 time per month).

If you donate for example 5 dollar, you get $50,000.00 + 25 land + 25 infrastructure + 2 technology levels..
If you donate the maximum, 20 dollar, you get $400,000.00 + 200 land + 200 infrastructure + 20 technology

Now you are probably thinking 'hell no, only such a small ammount of land, infrastructure and technology??

Well.. Yes.. BUTTTT

But it's also possible to donate to another nations! For a small nation 200 infrastructure only has a value of lets say 2 milion. For a big nation, 200 infrastructure can cost like 25 milion!

And instead of getting the bonus yourself, you are giving away the bonus to the big nation. How it helps? Well: the big nation pays ingame money for the donation! For a $ 20,- donation people will pay $ 18,000,000.00!

Payment all goes ingame, using PayPal! A very secure system which you probably already know about.
