Roguelikes, games that are similar in structure to the classic title Rogue, whose imagery I am positive everyone on this forum is at least passingly familiar with.

At the moment, a friend's gotten me into playing Dungeon Crawl. It's fun in that it's got races, classes, and it's right next to impossible to win; it's quite fun, and it's cool to see the farthest you can get into the levels. I challenge anyone here to beat the game. Fifty tech and three million bucks to whoever can do so and provide fair evidence of their triumph.

Hmm...Intriguging. Sadly, I no good at any Roguelikes except DoomRL. I have Nethack. But it can hand me my $@! on a consistent basis. That does not stop me from trying.

EDIT: You have turned me on to DC, I shall investigate it. In turn, I ask that everyone check out DoomRL The new version is coming out, so hold off for a couple days. But if you love Doom and Roguelikes, This game is perfect.

Nethack is really the only one I play.

That's fair. Nethack is complex enough for two games.
