Currently the way our government system works is you choose a government, and your population chooses another at random, and you either keep it as you want it, or agree with them. This is not how such matters work in real life, In real life, if the citizens are unhappy enough with a government choice they revolt in an attempt to make the government as they want it, as such i propose this.

If you do not have the desired government of your population, after 7 days, there will begin a 10% a day, per day, increase in the chance that your government will go into Anarchy, such that on or by day 17, your government will be in Anarchy if you do not choose your people desired government.

It would have to require changes the probabilty of the people wanting a change. because really in reality governments do not change that often if at all. And definitely not every few weeks

Perhaps after a month or so., then limit or remove the ability to return to that old government. Such as if you spend 2 months in Monarchy, at some point your citizens rebel, put you in anarchy, then you must choose a government other then Monarchy.

I like it Xenn, but it's too drastic. Reduce the penalties for having a government they don't want, perhaps.

Yeah anarchy is a little harsh for not liking a government. Especially after a month.
