I have been locked out of my nation (not through failed password attempts) for this reason: My password only worked on my old computer (all other computers didn't recognise the password) and I recently bought a new computer. To try and access my account of my new computer I plugged in my old processor and used the forgotten password function. I then logged out, however I forgot that the email the new password was sent to was one I could no longer access and so I was thus locked out of my account on all computers.

So I need to ask if the password on my account could be reset so I can log on, I can produce proof that this is my account if need.
