Is there any way to recover my 3 mil that was lost because the nation was deleted by the mod team that i had an ongoing tech deal with?

Also, now im out of a trade partner that was vital to my 8br trade circle.

What am i supposed to do about that?
I know there are rules and he obviously violated one somehow, but why am i being punished by losing out so much money because of what he did???

This is totally unfair, as i had good things going for me and the mod team sees fit to take it from me by deleting Saradin.

I just want my money and my 8br trade circle back.

It's the nature of the beast, not a bug. Anyone doing tech deals has had deals go bad for one reason or another. And we've all lost trades. The fact that the nation in question violated the rules to the point of requiring his removal (assuming his removal wasn't for any number of reasons) doesn't change the fact these sort of things happen all the time. Adjusting to the bumps in the road like this is part of the game experience.
