A letter was sent to Top Gear:
To: The Stig, Leader of Top Gear
We invite you to discuss matters that involve both our countries. The meeting can take place at the Presidential Palace in the Curristan Capital Jakirata. We feel this meeting is necessary due to the current political climate in the world today. Please respond

"For a long time now, our nations have been great friends. In fact, you might say that we have never been closer.
As such, I believe that as neighbours we should upgrade our treaty to an MADP, to ensure the security and protection for both our nations forever."

"I agree. Do you have any terms in mind that you want to add to the treaty? I am open to any suggestions."

Perhaps the following:
"In the event that either nation's government becomes incapable of ruling their nation effectively, the land will automatically transfer to the jurisdiction of the other signatory for temporary occupation lasting thirty days. During which time, if the signatory's government is still incapable of keeping the country running, it will assimilate into the rule of the occupant."
Thoughts?

OOC: Yeah, no. If you try taking the land out from under my doctrine, I'm obligated to kick the piss out of you.
OOC: It isn't your land, it is ours, and we shall do what we damn well like with it, thank you very much.
Consider this a little 'doctrine' of our own. If you have a problem with it, feel free to declare war or whatever ridiculous idea you have of enforcing this ridiculous doctrine of yours.

OOC: I come in here trying to warn you what will happen if this clause ever comes into effect, and you start trying to threaten me. Hmm. Yes. That makes sense.
Regardless, you have been warned.
Regardless, you have been warned.
OOC: I can assure you, if we sign the document, the clause would be put into effect. I am intrigued to know what you are going to do about that, good sir.

OOC: Ha. Haha.
Your right. That's not the right term, 'steamroll' is probably more correct.

OOC: You act tough, but deep down you're such a softy.
IC:
"Does that sounds reasonable? Addition of the clause I proposed earlier and the mutual attack clause? In which case, I hereby sign the amendments."

OOC: See, the difference between our thinkings is that you call it silly, but I call it my In-Character obligations and stance. We'll see what happens.
OOC: Obligations? I think you mean your 'subtle' attempt to land grab any nations that may go inactive before anyone else. Blatant power-hungriness, nothing else.
