Our God, in fact. She goes by the name 'Haruhi Suzumiya'. Spreading Socialism All Over the World with Haruhi Suzumiya's Brigade A Protectorate Treaty, Starring The International and the SOS Brigade Article I - Peace In Our Time? The undersigned alliances agree to refrain from all actions that could be construed as offensive in nature towards each other. This includes, but is not limited to, ingame offensive actions as well as actions taken through channels of communication. Article II - The Sovereignty Article that Nobody Reads Anyway Both of the signatory alliances and their respective member nations recognize and will respect each other's sovereignty and political independence. They recognize and will respect each other's right to live in peace within their respective alliances. They will develop good neighborly relations of co-operation between them to ensure lasting security and will settle all disputes between them by peaceful means. Article III - Socialism and Anime go together like 'rama lama lama ke ding a de dinga a dong' Should the SOS Brigade come under attack by a foreign power, the International, at the request of the SOS Brigade, shall immediately provide military assistance as well as, but not limited to, financial, political and other such means of assistance that it has at its disposal. Should the International find itself under attack, the SOS Brigade is encouraged, but is not obligated to provide the International with such assistance as it is able to afford, be it military, political or financial in nature. Article IV - Revisionism in Animation Should the signatory alliances feel that this treaty requires amending, both alliances must agree to the proposed amendment, upon which the amendment will come into force. Article V - The Parting of the Ways Either signatory alliance may terminate this pact at any time by providing the other signatory alliance with a 48-hour notice of intent to terminate. Should either signatory alliance violate the spirit and letter of this treaty, the other signatory alliance may choose to terminate the treaty without invoking the 48-hour period as mentioned above. We are pleased to announce that he has been replaced by Michael von Preußen, who you might know as Mako-chan, our tea-serving maid.
