HoG feels that the majority of ABS has learned a good lesson about Cyber Nations from this war. The actions of a few members caused mass destruction for their entire alliance. We believe that given a second chance ABS will create a more organized government and be far better off.

That being said, our protectorate UPAC, and the alliance L1 were damaged due to this war. HoG had to expend considerable resources to fight the war, and the war was prolonged by the actions of ABS. Therefore we have new surrender terms.

Albino Blacksheep must pay reparations over the course of the next 30 (thirty) days in the amount of $9,000,000 and 300 tech, which will be distributed amongst HoG, UPAC, and L1.

Albino Blacksheep must decommission all planes and cruise missiles immediately. ABS must decommission tanks as soon as possible. ABS will not be allowed to possess planes, CMs or tanks until reparations have been paid in full.

Albino Blacksheep must cease all hostilities towards HoG, UPAC, and L1 immediately. That includes out-of-game actions such as spamming HoG's IRC and/or forums.

Albino Blacksheep must expell "Scrape" from the alliance permanently.

Albino Blacksheep must send a diplomat to the HeroesOfGaming CN forums and actively maintain an embassy.

Albino Blacksheep must send an in game message to every member of HoG informing them of the alliance's surrender.

Or at least, tech raiding alliances with protectorate agreements to alliances bigger and stronger than you is bad.
