Alright so i made this account in the game...then i didnt like something about it and wanted a restart. Is there a restart thing or a way to play the game from the beginning or do i have to wait lots of time till i can delete my nation and make a new one?


If i make another account, i get my nation deleted :S

You can delete your nation manually. That's usually the fastest way to get it deleted unless you're inactive for many days already.
