300 Nautical Miles off the port city of Washington a naval Blackhawk lifted off from the helipad of the CNS Cruiser, a battle cruiser of the Task Force 09. The Task Force was on full DEFCON Alert especially due to the proximity to Imperial Union, a potential hostile. Since the Task Force was in international waters it could not be attacked without meriting a full retaliation.
The Commander of the 9th Task Force and Commanding Officer of CNS Bhima, Rear Adm. Suresh Shinde is in the helicopter. Taking off from the cruiser the helicopter flew on a NWW bearing to the port city of Washington. The Task force would sail on without stop northwards without leaving any indication that a helicopter had left the deck.

*Secret*
Meeting the helicopter would be President Lisa Black and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mark Richards. This friendly visit would be during a turbulent time for the world and as it was in a neutral nation, this visit was expected to go without a hitch.

"I agree. A second visit will have to be arranged once peace occurs. Curristan's opinion regarding the crisis in North America is neutral. We are neutral by tradition. We have mostly never engaged in any foreign wars although during the Nordland crisis, the government then in power allowed anti Nordic nations to station ships in Curristani waters. We were never needed in the end. Since then we have never bothered beyond South America."

"It is indeed wise to remain neutral. The Kingdom indeed maintains a spirit of neutrality but at times it is necessary to take stand to defend some closely held principles. We believe Texas has right in this conflict and they called out for help. Hence our offer for help. But I guess the tyrants of North America would twist facts into fiction."

"If you want stability, South America is the place to be. We have a request. We would like a Friendship and Free Trade Pact with the Dragon Empire. This will maximise trade between our countries and open strong diplomatic relations. Is this possible?"
