Carthage has been doing wonderfully so far and I'd like to thank the great nations within it. It all started out with just The AUT but has become something more than that. I've worked from the ground up and am proud to say we have a strong pillar to stand on in the future. With that said we'd like to thank The Foreign Division and Zenith for their continued support and the Peace and Love Train for our full inclusion into the bloc. We apreciate it. We'd also like to thank MK, they seem like the only alliance that just doesn't clammer about wanting to buy tech but actually go through with buying it.

Can make a wavy version of it in case you decide upon this instead, and a torn up version for war.
