News concerning the recent assassination attempt of Sakuya Haruhi came to Yuktobania through the eyewitness of the Deputy Prime minister, Dimitri Petrenko. This prompted the Yuktobanian Prime Minister, Catherine Reznov to take hold of the situation and decided to send a message to her colleague in the newly renamed Shinsei Shikokku Teikoku.

Dear Sakuya,

I have heard of the recent assasination attempt on you from my trusted Deputy Prime Minister and I hope that you are feeling well. I want to discuss the terrorist issue with you and see if we can help you deal with them in anyway. If it is true that there is a connection between these "Fists of Harmony" and the Eagles of Dawn, then it is in my understanding that all of East Asia is being threatened here. I await your response.

Sakuya opened a rather small parcel, that had arrived for her today. The Yuktobanian seal was on the back of it. She was curious, what's this all about, i wonder. As she opened it, she saw it was standard paper. She read it aloud to herself, silently as possible, in the room.

Of course, the palace was still under lockdown. However, lockdown could be rescinded temporarily to allow her out. Mail and parcels were also allowed to come in, although they had to go through extensive checks. This was due to the assassination attempt, and the thought that other non-direct attempts might now be tried. She scribbled a note onto a piece of paper reading 'allow the lockdown to be rescinded for 2 minutes, i need to visit someone outside the country'. She nodded to Haruhi, whom nodded back. The letter was delivered to the security office in the palace, after Haruhi handed it to a Palace Worker. The lockdown codes were carefully rescinded, and a timer set for 2 minutes.

Sakuya packed as fast as possible, and put on her black gown, opting to bring her dress with her. As she rushed down the hallway, she went through the door, and the lockdown shortly after, went back into effect. She carried a cellphone with her, so she could call Haruhi and get back in. She also knew the code for rescinding the lockdown for 30 seconds, that you had to enter at a console next to the main doors. Either would work, if she had to.

She called for a limo, and managed to get driven rather easily to the airport, the Capital wasn't a center of chaos, really. The terrorists had only struck in the far southern areas of the Transamur, near the border with Zargathia. The private plane was boarded, and Sakuya prepared. Two soldiers had been brought with her for protection, and after only a few hours time they arrived. A pre-arranged limo driver took them to the residence of Reznov, and after they knocked, they could only await the next few coming hours.

Reznov opened the door, and said, "Good afternoon, Vice-Empress, I believed you have received my message." She had a calm, yet serious face, with terrorists dealing threats and attacking political and military personnel across East Asia, they have attempted to bring fear to the peoples of Yuktobania, Zargathia, Buryatia and especially in this case, the SST. Reznov let them in, and directed the group to her dining room table. "I assume you know why we're discussing this?"

The Vice-Empress looked up at Reznov, and thought to herself to clarify what'd she'd say.

"It's pretty obvious, Catherine Reznov, what you've called me to discuss here today. The sudden disturbing unity of Asiatic terrorism is getting on my nerves."

She smiled, and waited to see if Catherine would answer.

"We had recently heard the situation of terror within the SST from our Deputy PM, Dimitri Petrenko, and it appears that all of Asia is being threatened by these recent developments." Reznov said. "We recently suffered a huge blow in military power due to civil war, as well as a reduction in military arms spending and upkeep. Therefore it is imperative that we resolve ourselves in training of spies and elite troopers to combat these 'Fists of Harmony'"
