As per the Fugly Deterrence Accords, that's an attack on HoG.
3. Sometimes members of HoG and UPAC, while partying exceedingly hard, may have a little too much to drink. In these situations, encounters with fuglies are very possible. HoG and UPAC shall deter such fugliness and not allow one another to be harmed by these dangerous aggressors. An attack on HoG is an attack on UPAC, and vice versa. That being said, sometimes there are just too many fuglies to handle: HoG will not ask UPAC to get involved in a situation that they are not adequately prepared for.
The initial attack on UPAC occurred on November 2nd -- HoG decided to give it a few days for a diplomatic solution. ABS found it unnecessary to contact us or to declare their nations to be rogues. We dispatched our friendly Prime Minister Coolgreen44 to the ABS forums, where he was met with mostly unresponsiveness as well as rudeness.
Tonight, after launching attacks, we found that our forums had been spammed with vulgarity by this lovely "anonymous" poster: http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/6215/spammerap5.jpg
You may note that this spammer claimed to be on the red team -- there just so happened to be a red team member of ABS called "Scrape." We logged the spammer's IP address, just in case (good book keeping).
Just after the spam, someone named Scrape[formerABS] graced us with his presence on #hog. His hostmask matched the specific area that the spammer's IP was from, as well as the spammer's internet provider. He greeted HoG government with excellent manners and language.
Basically, Albino Blacksheep, we've had enough. It's time for war. Enjoy.

OOH! Almost forgot, ABS attacked the L1 alliance too:
<SyndicatedINC[L1]> in grateful return for their assistance L1 joins HoG in this DoW
EDIT: whom, not who (silly)
