Option 1: $950,000 in return for 50-250 soldiers and $1,000 every 3 days for 1 month(5 days after money is sent. The soldier shipment is for 2 months every shipment must be 2 days apart atleast) 3 slots open.
Option 2: $1,000,000 in return for 50-500 soldiers and $1,500 every other day for 1 month ( 3 days after money is sent. The soldier shipment is for 3 months every shipment must be 3 days apart) 3 slots open.
Option 3: $2,000,000 in return for $5,000 every 5 days for 1 month, 5 days after money is sent and 50-150 soldier shipment ( soldier shipments must be atleast 3 days apart for 1 month). 3 slots open
Option 4: $3,000,000 in return for $10,000 every 2 weeks starting 5 days after money is sent for 1 month and 50-350 soldier shipment which may be chosen every 3 days for 2 months. 3 slots open.

Use the Black Market for foreign aid deals or this thread if you just want foreign aid. Also, you cannot send aid to the same nation more than once every 10 days so you may need to revise your deal before posting it again in the proper forum/thread.
