Rules: If you are interested and post your intention to join, you agree to adhere to the following rules.

A: Your nation is not under aid sanctions due to war / surrender terms
B: Your nation is currently not in an active war
C: You agree to keep 2 aid slots free on the dates specified.
D: You send out Money / Tech on the day agreed upon.
E: Failure to send Money or Tech after accepting said Money or Tech will be considered fraud and action will be taken against your nation up to, but not limited to the following : Contact of nations alliance, reparations, sanctions, and curb stomping. Either way, you steal from the group, we're going to get it back one way or the other.
F: You will notify the club at least 72 hours in advance that you are dropping out before the start of the next round.
