To show how moderately happy we were with one another, we went crazy and signed this treaty. The Moderately Happy Treaty Preamble: The alliances of Octva Orden (OO) and The Shadow Confederacy Empire (TSCE) have come together to sign this Mutual Defence and Optional Agression Pact to show bring our alliances together. Article 1: No agressive actions will be taken by either OO or TSCE against the other. This includes acts of espoinage and aiding the others enemy. Article II: If either alliance recieves any information that may be relevant to the other, they are to share it in private channels as soon as possible. Article III: A declaration of war on either signatory is to be considered a declaration of war on both. The signatory not attacked is to offer any aid required ranging from finanical aid to Military aid. Article IV: If one signatory engages in agressive action the other is not required to provide aid however they have the option to assist if they feel the need. Article V: Should this be terminated 72 hours notice is to be given in private with a reason.
