However, The professor (being slightly uncoordinated), accidentally added some chemical X and thus the Powerpuff girls were created. The Powerpuff Girls Preamble; The Following Alliances of Octava Orden, Amazon Nation and Hocus Pocus have come together to sign this Mutual Defence Pact, under the gaze of the Professor and to share our epicness with the world. Article I: The Signatories agree to never fight against one another and participate in acts that undermine the others sovereignty. Article II: The signatories agree to always be friendly to one another in public. Article III: If one signatory is attacked the others are expected to join the fight by offering any aid necessary. Article IV: Any extra articles can be added by a 2/3 majority vote. Article V: Should an alliance feel the urge to leave this pact, 72 hrs notice is to be given in private with an extremely good reason. For the record, these guys are the only ones on Bob that could talk me into this sort of thing. All in good fun. And naturally, this serves as the upgrade to our previously established PIAT with OO.
