Unless you all happen to die off or something, anyways if NOIR comes back next round we need to go through massive change, for one being on the black sphere is a fail for an alliance of our previous size.

Perhaps if the alliances involved in the SE NOIR wish to form and head the TE alliance, I would be interested. (But SWAT, Area51, TF, etc. have their own personas and seem to enjoy them here) And it would have to be on the black team... Although it is the hardest sphere to obtain a senate seat in, it also has the most trades and senate voters available.

yea well that is true but why not coup a sphere just cos we can? if we get enough people then your trades are safe, if not then NOIR really isn't worth making.

Say 100 people join the alliance. That alone isn't going to generate the great number of nations required to have trades covered in-team.

But the main thing: an alliance name NOIR makes little sense if not on the black team. It'd be like the Blue Turtle Alliance being on the black team...

True but it would be funny to stage a coup on some other sphere when our name means black. Just show up with an incorrect name and take control of the senate, war all the alliances we can and wipe them out. Just mess with their minds. Did I mention it'd be funny?

true but its not quite the same, we do not want to be tied to SE. we want to be like last round with some old members leading, well competent leaders.
