Vilien Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 Things have a way of falling apart when you leave them alone for too long. I suppose alliances are not immune to this. The Global Defence Initiative, as you all know, disbanded a few days ago following a destructive war with the Viridian Entente. The leaders of the GDI, along with a few of its members, left to form another alliance, Task Force Alpha. I wish all of them luck, and hope that they will be more successful in their new incarnation. However, during the disbandment, a number of GDI members fell through the cracks. For one reason or another, these persons remain on the Global Defence Initiative AA. Their nations have been ravaged by war. Despite an embarrassing conflict, The Moralist Front and the Global Defence Initiative managed to become friends. Now we honor that friendship. Having contacted the members remaining on the Global Defence Initiative AA, and having received written consent from a majority of members (counting those who aren't on the fast track to inactivity deletions), I issue this statement: The Moralist Front hereby protects the alliance affiliation "Global Defence Initiative", and all those who wear it (Tremble, ye mighty) for a period of two weeks following this declaration.
