The A.M. Technology Accords

Preamble

In the spirit of future cooperation between the nations of Acca Dacca and the United Mechodamian States, this treaty hereby affirms the desire for the expansion of peaceful technologies between these two great nations.

Article 1

Due to the nature of such a tumultuous world, both parties agree to not use any shared technologies for the purposes of military advancement in any belligerent, or subtle, manner. Any such act will enact an immediate breach of protocol, which is further explained in Article 6.

Article 2

It is the United Technologies Trust's goal to pursue the advancement of less developed countries. As such, both parties recognize the humanitarian and environmental needs of both parties and both agree to contribute to research in any manner possible. Such contributions are not to be limited on parchment and are meant to be subjective by both signatories.

Article 3

Both parties, in order to purse future economic gains, agree to invest into the research being worked on, whether by offering manpower, financial aid, or scientific research. This article also mandates that both parties agree, for as long as this treaty lasts, to cooperate in further research, even if it is for the advancement of a foreign country through the UTT.

Article 4

Both signatories agree to a desired state of non-aggression. This includes, but is not limited to, belligerent posturing, threatening, and unlawful military deployment. As such, both parties also recognize and respect the sovereignty of the opposite's nation and citizens, and will treat all citizens and military with similar respect.

Article 5

Both signatories agree to a state free of espionage. The entirety of this treaty, purposefully vague, is to offer the exchange of ideas and technologies, yet any act of espionage will be considered an act of aggression.

Article 6

Should either signatory feel the need to cancel this treaty, they are allowed to do so at any point in time. However, the non-aggression will still be enacted for 6 months following the cancellation of the treaty. Lastly, if any of the terms are broken above, the treaty will be rendered nullified entirely, but a state of non-aggression will still be enacted for 6 months following.
