Collection Problem

I changed my government to Totalitarian State to see what kind of difference it made on my bills.
I noticed that my bills remained unchanged when I switched from Transitional to Totalitarian State.
I payed my bills and collected 2 days worth of taxes. Tax Collection added nothing to my current funds.
I think it went poof.

Make sure you aren't looking at a cache of your nation because according to the game archives your tax collection went through just fine. If you need specific numbers for before and after your tax collection feel free to send me a PM.
