OOC: Now will the Jerrey Rough Awesome Seal!

/OOC

A quick look on the situation in Diberia...

Diberia has been in a war that has lasted for over 7 years, a war where zombies, Aperture Science, the Rebellion, the Holy Imperium, and many other countries have fought. By this point in time, most of the millions of zombies have been killed by several assaults by foreign powers and the Holy Imperium, as well as attacks by Aperture Science and the Rebellion; what are left are mostly small groups of the smarter variety in unpopulated areas. Aperture Science, a parent company of Aperture Infantry, has nearly disappeared, most of its staff dead and the remains have disappeared. The Aperture Infantry has nearly been destroyed as a result of the war with the Holy Imperium, as well as massive amounts of surrendered troops, but still packs a punch and will not go down without a fight. The Rebellion, an alliance of survivors of various military groups/countries as well as local survivors, is growing stronger from the surrender of many Aperture Infantry, and is looking forward to an assault on the largest stronghold of Aperture Infantry in the West. In the north the Holy Imperium's soilders advance, having already destroyed much of the Aperture Infantry's forces and zombie remains. Now there were fewer and fewer firefights, but a final battle lay ahead. Whatever civilians there are left in Diberia's Rebellion are tired of the decade-long war, hoping to be saved by the Holy Imperium and their soldiers in powerful battle armor.

One thing to note is a strange meeting in between Jerrey Rough and a group of zombies, with an agreement that is so far unknown. Until a later time, the area has been restricted.
--------------------------------

Jerrey Rough has gotten to know many of the infamously important figures in the army, and has always been looking for ways to bring Diberia back to its former glory, and then some. With very low numbers of zombies and Aperture Infantry attacking the Rebellion, along with dwindling supplies, he has decided to go on a mission to take several jeeps (plus a refitted "missile jeep") to the north and find the advancing forces of the Imperium of America. This has not been approved by King Vutomo, as he thinks they should wait for them to come instead of risking accidental death, but Jerrey's standing with the Rebellion's men and women would cause anger and hatred.
--------------------------------

King Vutomo stood beside the Command Table with several other officers, arguing over if they should attack Aperture or not.

The old man Vutomo slammed his hand into the wood, making a small crack in the oak. Everyone hushed. "What we need to do is to wait for the Imperium, not march out and be slaughtered by their air force." Several officers nodded in agreement.
One shook his head. "So we wait in our holes until they attack? They could decimate this city anytime they wanted, and if the Imperium comes close then they'll attack and most likely hold us hostage. If we attack while their copters are grounded then we have a chance."
"But a direct attack on those fortifications would mean certain death for many of our comrades." He lightly grabs the officer's right shoulder. "And our flak weapons are numerous enough to defend this city. We have nothing to fear but fear itself." The officer brushes Vutomo's arm off angrily, starting to walk out.
"I cannot believe a leader like yourself could rise up and lead an entire nation; why are you so god damn afraid to sacrifice the lives of your men to save many more?" He figits with his rank bars and successfully takes them off, throwing them to the ground. "This is my resignation, sir. You are no military leader, you sheepish coward." Vutomo and the other officers just stand there and watch.
Vutomo sighs at the insult, but shrugs it off. "Well, any more questions? ...Good. Now, we must prepare for any airbourne assault on our west, and reroute..." They continue to plan.

--------------------------------

LOREBIT: The nation of Boomtown made a colony in the west side of Diberia for the purpose of growing crops. A long time ago it was struck with a new zombie virus that spread fast and quickly changed the inhabitants into zombies; but only 60-70% of the population became zombies initially. Its food supplies were quickly taken by the Rebellion and the Aperture Infantry, increasing the stalemate war by a few years. It is now mostly a wartorn wasteland, once held by the Aperture Infantry until they pulled back due to the Imperium of America's attack.
The Rebellion is located in the center of Diberia, with Esmeralda as its heart and newly-created city. They hold vast tracks of land in the center of Diberia, with artillery units in the mountains and large numbers of entrenched soldiers in their borders. While Esmeralda held most of the non-combat personel, there are some other new but small cities nearby, mostly following the El Esmeralda (river).

OOC: I believe some people had a couple characters that I never did get around to talking to before, so assume that Jerrey has known them and them back, but not really well. Diberia is also open for any players to RP sending their armies in.

I'll RP one of my previous characters soon.

OOC: Damnit! Forgot Jerrey Rough's little RP. Anyone with a previous character (or two) can join in, but this will be short. /OOC

Location Information: A small crowd was gathered at the western edge of Esmeralda. Four jeeps were all that stood in between the crowd and Esmeralda, with one man on a box in the middle. That man is a Jerrey Rough, once a spy that became a foreign affairs minister to the CEO of Gadget Technology Industries, a man that shot his trusty pistol with deadly accuracy and always seemed to know what to do. He now stood in front of a small crowd to say a few words, which after he would pick out who would join him on his journey out of those that were there. Jerrey has a black shirt on, with Star Fox on the front saying "Can't Let You Do That" on the front. He had a leather vest over his shoulder with ammunition and a couple grenades in the many pockets. His two pistols hung in their holsters on his belt, and his rifle on his back. /End of Location Information

Jerrey stood on his little box, scanning the crowd. He coughed and cleared his throat.
"We have fought for years in our trenches and our rain forest. We have waited and waited to be saved behind our lost brethren, crying as we killed our own taken comrades. We wait for the Imperium to make their move and save us. But they do not know us, they do not know if we are those they fight, if we are really loyal Aperture soldiers." The officer from the command bunker walks into the group and joins the rest. "We wait for something that might decide to turn around and go home. I do not want to continue this fight. I want to live a full life, I want to see Diberia become a influential country on the international stage, and to do so we need to make sure the Imperium comes. So I will take a small compliment of hardened troops to fight our way through what remains of the Aperture infantry, through a location of possible zombies, to the approaching Imperium army. We need them to help me and those who are loyal to Diberia to destroy the last remains of Aperture Science, to create Diberia's golden age and help all in dire need. Do you not agree?" The troops nearby cheer, wishing to come and each asking to come. But they didn't crowd Jerrey, only pushed one another out of the way to see him and hope to be picked.

The officer from the Command Bunker, Kalmerg, did not push his way through anyone and stood his ground. After a short while Jerrey walked on by, looked at him, and asked him a question.
"You are?"
"Kalmerg, sir!" He came to attention.
"Oh, one of the former Aperture Infantry units, ah. I read your testimony, and it really should be me saying sir." He points for the lead jeep. "Join me on my journey, comrade."
He smiles, then looks at Jerrey. "Sir, a correction: I was part of GTI, so..."
"That doesn't really matter now, Harvester 32." Jerrey winks, then moves on. Kalmerg blinks and shakes his head.

He continued to look for good soldiers in the crowd, occassionally talking to some.

LOREBIT: Esmeralda has a population of 140,000 people.

OOC: What about the GLS military force in Diberia that is still searching for their lost buddies, attempting to retake deserted GLS/Heskan bases, and stomping out remaining hostiles? By now, they would have occupied most of their bases in the eastern part of Diberia.

OOC: Damn you and your annoymousness! :P

By this point in time I'd would of thought them dead by the zombies and Aperture Science. <---If they were in the west, that is. In the east there were less forces, so I would think they would have taken their bases over there.

One thing to note: at some point your military would have killed a military base on the east side of Diberia.

OOC: AP base? By the way, should I RP the GLS military moving toward the west side of Diberia?

OOC: Aperture Infantry base. It doesn't matter what you do; but if you want to fight in the final battle then I suggest heading west. /OOC

Aperture Infantry: Current Status
The Aperture Infantry has suffered many defeats at the hands of the Holy Imperium of Man, and has never even won a single battle. They have tried almost everything to destroy the armor of the Imperium, but nothing seems to work. They had a final weapon in their final stronghold of power though, and the final battle would be tough, even for the Imperium. The Aperture Infantry did not just suffer defeats from the Imperium, however; many of its not-so-loyal troops have surrendered to both the Imperium and the Diberians in attempts to save their very lives. But even with so much desertion they still packed a punch or two.

The final stronghold of the Aperture Infantry was very much unlike the other fortresses Aperture Science usually uses; rather than a stealthy, undetectable base, they took over one of Diberia's old "underground airstrip" fortresses and made it much, much larger; capable of handling tens of thousands of troops inside; currently it had eleven thousand. Housed on top of a small mountain, fortifications built over the period of 5 years, and its "secret weapon": eighty Apache helicopters, top-of-the-line and full of missiles and ammo. They were ready to weather a massive assault, and only with a massive force could one destroy it. The facility also had large stores of food and ammo, which would last at least a weeks worth of fighting, if not two to three.

But they still had military forces outside of the building; a thin line of troops surrounded the south-west and western edge of the Rebellion, with a slightly thicker line in the north to slow down the Imperium when they came. Barring a few strong points, they were weak and nearly ready to crumble.

Great Lakes State Military current status:

They didn't have much fighting since they were mostly focused on the eastern part of Diberia. Around 15,000 soldiers with 140 tanks, hundreds of helicopters, and armored jeeps with machine guns still remain. They did not risk moving vehicles, soldiers, equipments, and supplies overland, but instead, by helicopters. Transporting tanks? Hook up several heavy transport helicopters to a tank and problem solved, unless if they were under fire.

Lately, they have begun moving around 5,000 soldiers with large amount of helicopters and a few dozen light vehicles (tanks and heavy vehicles are horrible in densely forested area), moving out toward the north west side of Diberia where the Imperium military are in.

Bloodied, Battered, and far from Broken, the Crusade ground onward through the forests of Diberia. Wherever they marched, bodies lay strewn about in various states of decay. Here and there an Imperial Soldier had fallen, adding to the carnage still overwhelmingly in favor of the Imperium's soldiers. They marched onward and though supplies were beginning to dwindle, their spirits were high for they did the work of the Imperator.

"Onward, soldiers of the Imperial Guard! We go to spread his word!"

A massive 'OOOOORAH' greeted the Chaplains' ears, and he grinned beneath his grim skeletal faceplate. The faith of the Imperium's soldiers was unshakable, even in the face of death himself. He called up a map of the area and noted they were about to crash headlong into the last spotted lines of the Aperture Infantry force.

At long last they would break the scum's hold over Diberia.

---

The Chaplain's headquarters group gathered inside a makeshift tent. All of his staffers were clustered around a display, one of the last operable in the entire force. It spluttered into life after being connected to a field-generator and, after a few moments of warming up showed the general force-composition along with positions. As it was, the last few dozen tanks of the force led, followed by Armored Soldiers accompanied with the IFV's ferrying the Stormtroops.

They were arrayed in a wide arrow splayed at the thin line of fortifications facing them. Unless something happened in the next few days, that line would be easily broken by the artillery brought with the crusade. And their inexorable advance would resume.

We are approaching from the east. Could you file us some information about the Aperture Infantry's position that we are going to fight again?

Whatever few Aperture Infantry troops that were remaining prepared for the offensive, unwilling to retreat out of fear of being shot. The frail line dozens of kilometers from Aperture's fortress consisted of a loose trench network, with some concrete fortifications armed with heavy machine guns. Several of these protected a few anti-aircraft missile launchers, but there were no more than five of those. The AI infantry also had two dozen Diberian tanks (see: lorebit) as their "artillery". The group would be no match for the incoming enemy forces.

But the intentions of their deployment was not to win, unknown to them. They thought apache helicopters and MiG fighters were coming to rescue them...
-----------------------

LOREBIT: For reason unknown to the employees, Aperture Science evacuated its most important personel many months ago aboard stealth aircraft for places unknown, leaving final orders for those remaining: activate the Z-computer. Unknown to them, when activated the Z-Computer in every single Aperture Science secret facility throughout Diberia would release the zombie disease and infect the employees. The doors to the outside were locked and bolted to prevent escape, and they all became the "undead" in these white-walled and "clean" facilities. They waiting inside the depths in these death traps, waiting for non-zombie kind to attempt to reclaim them. For the zombies protected valuable secrets inside of them, secrets that could be wonderous or dangerous, depending on who got them. These places were well hidden and undetectable, so finding every single one would be impossible.

Diberian Tanks: Their true product ID has been lost in the sands of time, but that does not make them any less destructive. Their cylinder design helps with strong structural integrity and allows the tank to stay upright (via its cylinder-surrounding wheels), and twin 105 mm cannons on either side of the cockpit. Its engine is located behind the cylinder, along with wheels to help keep the entire tank upright. The tank is designed for a direct assault in front of it, taking enemy fire on the front while returning superior fire, as well as retreating as fast as it rolled forward for hit-and-run attacks. Thus this generated major weaknesses for the tank, primarily if it is attacked from the side or behind it. This was never resolved, and the tank stopped production when Aperture Science struck with the zombie disease.

OOC: Rebellion's approx. population: 250,000 souls, 160,000 of which are in Esmeralda. Plus Diberia is now really owned by no one. Also, a bit of a ret-con: only a small group of men, i.e. Roxas, Sentinel, Wilhelm Vesker, etc, are at the meeting behind a large array of military jeeps and a few dozen tanks. The officer is still there. /OOC

Jerrey's Jeep Squad, West side of the City Esmeralda.

Several men were assembled infront of Jerrey Rough, a total of 13 men of various origins. Officer Kalmerg wore quite possibly the most polished-up and new uniform, along with a new VSS rifle; but for once, the polish actually did mean he was that good. He was a war veteran, serving in the GTI Military for several years until being reassigned to the Aperture Infantry. He has fought in Diberia for years, and only several months ago did he join the Rebellion after his entire elite military unit was zombified by Aperture Science. Jerrey had read his skills in the past, and knew he would be excellent for the fight ahead of them.

Jerrey Rough walked slowly past the men, nodding at Roxas and Sentinel as he passed by.

Once he reached the end, he turned around and came to attention, slamming his foot against the moss. Then he spoke.

"We will be going straight through Aperture's thin defense force and through the very city this outbreak began at to reach where we estimate the Imperium's forces are located. We will not stop for the wounded, not even for myself, because we must reach the Imperium as fast as we can before they continue charging through our troops, who will be quite indistinguishable with Aperture Infantry forces and thus attacked. So its our job to stop that possible accident, via several jeeps and a missile jeep for any pesky tanks we may come across." Jerrey smiled. "You will win glory for Diberia by charging into an almost lost fray, into a place where deadly helicopters may come and reign your destruction at any moment. We may be taken as an enemy by the Imperium and die. But we have no other choice now, do we?"

Kalmerg tightened up, realising he would have to kill men that he saved many times over. Jerrey watched him, smiled once more, then continued. "Are you willing to die for Diberia? For your country? More importantly, are you willing to die forgotten as another corpse?" He started yelling, "Step forward if you are willing to die for no bloody reason at all and come with me!" Jerrey had a mad face on now, glaring up and down the line at the men. A few men were startled from the outburst, but none of the regulars stepped forward; still, several people stepped forward, including Kalmerg.

OOC: Again, those that had characters here before are allowed (or at least have soldiers here).

Following the Jerry's outburst, two men stepped forward with the others. Living in this harsh wasteland had gotten and kept them in shape. Cleaned up, they'd probably make most women swoon at the sight of them. Despite their ragged and dirty clothes, they held an air of menace about them. Trapped in this wartorn mudball of a country, they'd struggled and fought with the best against the worst. they each had racked up a kill count of hundreds of zombies and Aperture Science troops. Though one of the men probably had thousands on his tally.

Wilhelm Vesker, Sargent First Class of the Eggman Empire Army, had lost track of when he'd first arrived in Dilberia. He recalled it was to squash some invading force or something. Now he'd spent years fighting for survival in this insane horror story of a country. He knew one thing was for sure, when he got back, he deserved a promotion.

As far as weapons went, Vesker toted a battered but working M4 carbine with a M203 grenade launcher attached. Strapped to his back was a Remington Model 870 ruggadized shotgun he'd snagged from a careless enemy officer. A third-gen Glock 17 was holstered to his left thigh. A bandoleer strapped across his chest held ammo for his various weapons. He wore a belt around his pants that contained more ammo pouches, sheathed combat knife, and a Leatherman multi-tool. And although no-one could see it, he had a switchblade tucked into his boots for emergencies.

The man standing next to him had no firearms on him, although he did carry some extra ammo for Vesker. Instead the man armed himself with knives. Dozens of them, including a hatchet, and a butcher's knife. This man was only known as Steve. One of the first successful creations in a line of experiments by the Eggman Empire to create the perfect supersoldier, the process had turned Steve into a lethal and vicious killing machine. Unfortunately, it had destroyed his sanity, and left him only with a bloodlust for the next fight. Vesker had managed to salvage a little bit of his personality, seeing how the two had been stuck together since they arrived in Eggman Empire. Originally, Steve only giggled, cackled, or growled. He said nothing, except for screams and howls that came from his mouth when he was in the thick of battle. Overtime, however, Vesker had retaught the man how to actually speak. Although he still didn't say much, Steve could now use short sentences to communicate.

Now Vesker and Steve were an unstoppable duo. They had saved each others lives countless times and fought off near unbeatable odds. It was an unspoken friendship forged out of the fiery storm of war. With a casual grin on his face, Vesker asked "Is this a private party or can anyone join?" Next to him, Steve grinned and a chuckle escaped his throat.

"Step forward if you are willing to die for no bloody reason at all and come with me!"

- "Course, if you die, not really dead. Just keep fighting."

A chuckle could be heard from behind them, and should anyone care to look at the origin of the female voice they would see Ix'Chimalxochitzin, eyes glowing a faint green from the light in the tent. Command knew she was technically 'borderline undead', and some of the people in the field knew she held command of a group of zombies, but she did some scouting for the Rebels on occasion. Though the truce they had was a bit uncomfortable at times, the idea of 'me no kill you if you no kill me' had so far been upheld.

To the Mayan tribeswoman it didn't matter much. At first, she believed all the humans were trying to kill her, but after a while it had occurred to her that they were fighting each other almost as often as they were fighting her. Therefore, it made sense to assume that if she allied herself to one faction and help them kill the others, her own survivability would increase by several magnitudes as well simply because there were less people around to shoot at her.

In addition, she got first pick of the enemy dead in the aftermath. Win-win situation.

She looked at the other soldiers, sizing them up on how much value they would have as a zombie, and Vesker's M4 got a nod of approval, the same weapon hanging by a frayed strap around her own shoulder as well. She leaned against a supporting pole, crossing her arms as she tilted her head in Jerry's direction.

- "Planning more attack?"

Both Roxas and Sentinel nodded at Jerrey as he passed, having become not just allies but friends of the Diberian in the time since being detached from the Imperium's forces. A good sign for the state of the Imperium was a few of the Aperture science soldiers they came across; the highly ranked often possessed captured Imperial Technology.

The captured bits and pieces had enabled the Imperial Soldiers to keep their Power Armor running, albeit in a state of constant disrepair. The only thing they had an abundance of was power-cells; and those only because the Aperture Soldiers were stockpiling them.

Two captured bits of Imperial Weaponry in particular would be coming with them. Roxas preferred his Grenade Rifle, an Imperial Concept brought to final fruition: multiple micro grenade launcher. The 'bullets' were similar to Bolter Rounds, with the exception of one hell of a lot more punch. Each shot was packed with roughly half a pound of C-4. Each shot was massively powerful.

In addition to this gargantuan gun, Roxas still held the chipped blade which came with the obsolete Apollo Armor, as well as the venerable Thunderburst Assault Rifle from the early days of the predecessor to the Holy Imperium. These bits and pieces of obsolete technology, combined with a few ahead-of-the-curve weapons were all he had to rely on to get home.

...Well, that and Sentinel. The massive guard had managed not only to keep his own armor operational, but add a few armor plates and actually improve the efficiency of the hydraulic actuators which served to amplify his already monstrous strength. And he had managed to scavenge the !@#$%^& love-child of Imperial Weapons Technology and Aperture Science Expertise, the XM-610.

The concept rifle was already in late-planning, early-production when Roxas and Sentinel departed for Diberia, but neither of them had ever believed it would reach the battlefield. The concept was ambitious; a Directed Energy 'Anti-Armor' Rifle. One main problem in Energy Supply had already been solved by simply adapting the same power-cells which drove power-armor. Imperial Science had used Yttrium Barium Copper Oxide (YBCO) as a Superconductor. The entire gun is cooled with Liquid Nitrogen produced in a separate man-portable pack. At the back of the gun is the reservoir, allowing up to 12 hours usage without replacing the Nitrogen Supply.

In order to reduce Thermal Blooming to negligible levels over the tactical scale, the gun uses several cutting-edge Imperial Techno-bits. First, the beam itself is produced by a Phased Array; billions of microscopic antenna which project the actual beam. The basic technology is based off of Phased Array Radar, only miniaturized and applied to laser technology. First the array paints the target with a confirmation lock and, if the target is able to be hit for significant damage power drains from the 8 mounted cells and into the array, which focuses the energy into one massive beam. The sheer power of the beam separates the atmosphere and forms what amounts to a beam of lightning.

These weapons were what Roxas and Sentinel brought with them when they stepped forward in the gambit to reach the Imperium.

And finally get paid.

OOC: Yah...wait, only three? :(

IC: The ten had been reduced to seven by the time they had found Roxas, Steve, Sentinal and Vesker had survived. Since then three more had died in the line of duty, leaving Lieutenant Stone in charge of little more than a fire-team. Perez by some miracle was still alive as well.

As one, they all stepped forward, though they looked askance at the recent addition to the rebellion's ranks, one Harley Pole, who also stepped forward to volunteer. It was only a couple weeks since his defection--they weren't quite sure if he could be trusted.

Meanwhile, less than 300 meters away, a battered GLS jeep was speeding through the forest, avoiding any zombies. Only one person was in the jeep, Gen Jarsh, the commander of the destroyed 134th infantry unit.

"Freak. First those annoying Aperture soldiers attacked my unit. Then, before rescue came, the zombies attacked and chewed up the remaining unit. After that, I am driving in a jeep that is nearly out of fuel." mumbled Gen Jarsh.

"Aw crap!" was all he yelled as his jeep suddenly fell off a cliff that was around 2 meters high, rolled down the hill, and smashed into a tree, close to a group of people

George Romero's Survival Guide to Diberia - Zombie Apocalypse Edition
Chapter 17 - Surviving Bits and Scratches

In your travels within Diberia's rainforest, your sure to smack into trees as often as you fire that machine gun at incoming hordes, getting cuts that may become diseased! Plus you have a high 65% chance of being bitten on your travels, and a 32% chance of being eaten alive! Once bitten (or slapped), you've got a fun three to four hours until you don't know who the hell you are, so their isn't any time to take that vacation to Hawaii you always talked about. But, there is one thing you can do! What is it?

Find the tree that, as Birtish soilders named it, is called and looks like a F***ed Up Tree! [cannot find links; watch Man vs Nature or whatever its called; yes, its real]

The F***ed Up Tree is a strange looking tree because its entire trunk is full of needles that protect its wonderful bark underneath. The needles are long and sharp, so no tree-hugging around it! Perfect if you have a needle gun handy (free ammunition, anyone?), but still useful if you don't have a use for the spikes: its bark. The bark underneath the needles (and the outside layer that contains the needles) is a great painkiller and helps wounds. Plus, anyone infected with the Zombie virus can live unzombified for an extra 18 hours (when devoured in the first one-to-two hours), although the taste is quite terrible. Unfortunatly, it only slows the virus and cannot stop the virus (although it will allow lovers to, ahem, engage in final relations).

'Course, you could always find one of those hidden Aperture places and die in its depths attempting to find the rumored Cure for the zombie virus.
-----------------------------------------
George's survival guide is sold in Esmeralda, and every Diberian/Rebellion soldier is requested to purchase a copy for their own benifit.

Jerrey threw a grin back at Vesker. "A little of both, Vesker. At least this time the party is on the wheels behind you, so no more sloshing in this god damn rain forest." Jerrey then looked at Steve, noding at them then quickly looking away and moving along.

Jerrey hadn't worked with Vesker and Steve that much, thanks to Command's dispersing of "elite" troops to hold out all positions, instead of compiling them into one group and attempting to stop the stalemate. Jerrey was not fond of the way the Rebellion was led, but he was not in the position to lead them. Yet.

- "Course, if you die, not really dead. Just keep fighting."

- "Planning more attack?"

"Not planning. More so of a rough guideline before we wing it, 'cause plans don't help when something unseen goes wrong. And its more fun." Explained Jerrey. He didn't flinch at her appearence; she just seemed to appear. He was suprised when he was first approached by her, he never met someone as stealthy as himself [a future RP, perhaps? Or fill in the gaps as we go?]. He then explained what they were going to do, "But I still have a guideline. We have some rough terrain ahead, along with a line of Aperture forces and an area of the roaming smart-zombie breed. Then another line of Aperture forces, this time behind them and with the element of suprise. That is, unless the Imperium is farther than I thought, in which case we better leave ASAP."

As Jerrey Rough passed by, he nodded at the two men. Jerrey has fought many battles with the troopers in the least couple years of war, and was as capable as watching their backs as they could to him; even with Jerrey's far smaller and older weapons.

OOC: I PM'ed you, saying you can RP more if you wish. If you wish to have more, then consider the following IC irrelevent (well, the IC related to your post). /OOC

Jerrey walked on by them, nodding at them as well. He didn't know them that well, other than their profiles, but he knew they were good soilders. He wasn't that sure about Harley Pole, but he needed to see how good the regular Aperture soldier was; especially since he was seperated from his "best friend". Jerey continued walking...

Unstartled yet suprised, Jerrey immedietly took his twin pistols out and spun in the direction of the vehicle. With his weapons drawn, like others were doing after him, he walked towards the wreak.

A slight whirring sound, like a turbine engine just starting up sounded softly from the massive gun in Sentinel's hands. He growled as the power-display on his obsolete HUD for the cells on the laser steadily wound downward to a total of 90%. The laser was primed and ready to fire, waiting for a single press of the trigger to belch out a stream of energy powerful enough to rip straight through a modern battle-tank.

OOC: Just dropping by to say you've been doing a terrific job with your RP (despite it featuring Zombies), JR. :) Excellent read thus far.
