This is of my own volition, but I feel some unfortunate timing and wording has made it seem like I was threatening SF involvement in this war. In particular, people point to a post where I said "don't mess with RAD they're crazy sons-of-!@#$%*es and backed by SF!"
This was made before the attack on the NSO member, and before the Declaration of War on RAD. I wasn't referring to any SF involvement in this current conflict, it was a joke meant to paint RAD and their friends as crazy, which we all sorta are. People are bringing this up a day after I said it and others are reading it and thinking I'm saying SF is going to get involved. I'm not.
I think what's fueled this fire is that I posted things saying that I hope the war is resolved soon without anyone else getting involved since it "won't end well for anybody", which some take as an ominous gesture towards RAD's allies getting involved. I'm the kind of guy that says what I mean. I meant exactly what I said: I think this war didn't need to happen and I hope that it's resolves as soon as possible with minimal bloodshed. I didn't mean that I hope SF gets involved, or that I hope FB gets involved, or that I hope it turns into GW(?).
Some still won't believe me, and that's fine. But I say what I mean and I mean what I say. I am kind of worried my explanations are going to get lost in the other threads so I'm posting this here. If you have any questions feel free to post them here and I'll answer them. I'll also be on IRC tomorrow. I'm pretty tired so I'm going to bed now, but I'll stay on for a few minutes.
Apologies for my words being misinterpreted, and I'm sorry if I worded something vaguely enough that it sounded threatening, but please believe me when I say that that honestly wasn't the intention of my posting. As a last word, none of my posts were official MA or SF policy, simply my own feelings on what I think (ic) is a damn shame and what I think (ooc) is pretty hilariously stupid.

Your words said "...backed by SF!", so, believe your words then? Claiming someone is backed by something means they have their support. Somehow I don't think SF! supported RAD in this.
Still believe your words then, or.. am I deliberately misinterpreting what you're saying, since that seems to be the tone of this apology?
