Below...The Treaty of East Meets West

Article I. Preamble

1.1 The Inter-Alliance Economic Pact - Nation Development Program is a Treaty to stimulate the infrastructure growth of the nations that each signatory alliance submits to the program and to foster friendly relations among its signatories.

1.2 This treaty will be referred to as IAEP-NDP.

Article II. The Details

2.1 The leaders of each alliance will coordinate with one another to set dates for fund allocation.

2.2 Each alliance will arrange for one nation to act as a banker, thus providing 5 banker nations to the IAEP-NDP.

2.3 Each alliance understands and agrees that the banker nation that volunteers must have 5 open aid slots reserved for this IAEP-NDP and must be capable of providing $15 million per aid cycle.

2.4 Any compensation to the banker nation each alliance provides shall be paid by the banker nation's own alliance.

2.5 Each alliance will also submit only one nation below 2,999.99 infrastructure to receive funds from this IAEP-NDP, thus providing 4 nations targeted for growth.

2.6 Each alliance understands and agrees that the recipient nations of these funds must have 5 open aid slots reserved for this IAEP-NDP.

2.7 It is strongly recommended that each alliance educates its recipient nation so that the maximum amount of infrastructure may be purchased after each $12 million cycle is received. Example: must have 5 factories, inititial infrastructure cost reducing government, full trade slots with proper resources, etc.

Article III. Friendship & Cooperation

3.1 The signatory alliances agree to communicate regularly to make certain that the IAEP-NDP is working as designed and on schedule.

3.2 The signatory alliances shall inform each other as soon as possible if changes in the dates of fund allocation is necessary.

3.3 The signatory alliances shall make every effort to insure the longterm viability of the IAEP-NDP by maintaining civil communication by all mediums used by Cybernations.

3.4 The signatory alliances can expand this treaty to provide more bank nations, recipient nations, and additional signatory alliances.

Article IV. The End

4.1 The signatory alliances agree to participate in this treaty through to the completion of each aid drive cycle. If any signatory alliance wants to withdraw from the treaty they will communicate it to the other member alliances of this IAEP-NDP 7 days before the last aid drive cycle slots expire to allow sufficient time for the remaining signatories to find a new alliance to welcome into the IAEP-NDP for the start of the next aid drive cycles.
